Our year to date data compared to last year in the same time period shows prices slightly higher. While this may surprise you given high interest rates and frustrated buyers, the decrease in homes available will continue to keep prices in this range. We did see a small drop in price percentage of list price received. This makes sense now that sellers have caught up with market pricing and are aiming higher when they put their house on the market. Buyers now have some room to negotiate if a house has been on the market for a few months, which we are seeing more of.
