U.S. existing-home sales rose 3.2% month-over-month and year-over-year to a 4.17 million annual rate, the highest since Dec 2025 (NAR). Sales increased in most regions, except the West (flat monthly) and Northeast (down yearly). New listings fell 11.9%, while pending sales rose 6.6%. Inventory declined 6.6%. Median price jumped 18.1% to $286,900. Days on market rose to 93, and supply dropped to 5.9 months. National median price reached $429,300, up 1.3% year-over-year.
