U.S. existing-home sales fell 2.4% month-over-month but rose 2.8% from last year. Locally, New Listings decreased 2.7% to 215, Pending Sales fell 1.3% to 155, and Inventory declined 6.5% to 708. Median Sales Price increased 14.0% to $275,000, while Days on Market dropped to 56. Months Supply of Inventory decreased to 6.2. Nationally, the median home price reached a record $440,600.
